Their ongoing prank on Misha when he’s trying to film his coverage: 

1. Jared does whatever he can to make Misha crack up.
2. This causes Misha to focus on Jensen so he doesn’t laugh.
3. Jared walks off supposedly so Misha isn’t distracted by him.
3. As soon as Misha is looking right at him, Jensen takes up where Jared left off by making goofy faces.
