Eek! Serious post. For those who don’t know me, I’m Sheena. And I need help.
I don’t want to do this but I don’t have much choice. I try not to complain on here about real life stuff too much. I’ve been sick a lot (newly diagnosed with Crohn’s) and have missed a lot of work, A LOT of work between stuff coming out of both ends and numerous trips to the cheap/free clinic, so I don’t have money for my rent this coming month. Rent is due on the 1st, after that the eviction notice gives 24 hours. I might have a single extra day because July 1st falls on a Sunday.
The total is $550.
I’ve been trying to sell stuff, but that’s a slow going process (especially when I don’t have major possessions, just a bunch of clothes). I have made about $70 though!
My landlord says that he’ll try to work with me if I can pay at least $400 by the 1st. If I can’t get at least that, he’s going to go ahead an follow through with the eviction policy.
If anyone can spare anything to help me reach $400, I would appreciate it more than anyone could ever know!! $330 is what’s currently needed. I’ll post updates if I get even closer.
