Huh. I don’t know. I know Lucifer showed up in Castiel’s mind at first so it seemed like he took both but later on he says that was just a holdover from Sam and that Hallucifer went away. So I’m going to say he just took the madness. But I’m open to other theories because I haven’t thought about it much so anyone who wants to chime in here, please do.
