You what? I was rewatching season seven and on the episode Slash Fiction when they meet Frank, he says “Mr and Mr Smith” which I think is very cool (considering it’s the name of a movie) and I never hear people talk about it how they do with the other relationship comparisons that Sam and Dean both get. Just wanted to know if anyone else caught that.

I think I remember seeing Mr. and Mr. Smith fan art with Sam and Dean done up like the poster for Mr. and Mrs. Smith but now I can’t find it. Does anyone else remember that or did I dream it? 

I never realized this particular moment but I was recently rewatching ‘A Very Supernatural Christmas’ and when the girl dressed as a elf walks to Sam and Dean while they’re starring at Santa talk to the kids, she asks if she can escort THEIR child to him and Dean gets this funny weirded out look and Sam just smiles. I never realized that moment before.

HA! I never noticed that before either. She definitely thinks they’re a couple bringing their kid to see Santa and look at their faces:

That’s just one more moment that makes this episode great. We have the Samulet origin story, them actually playing a gay couple:

protective Dean being all glib when they threaten him but freaking out when they go after Sam:

And then the whole end scene where Sam tries to make Dean’s last Christmas a good one:

Then where Sam tries so hard to tell Dean he loves him but just…can’t…get…the….words…out…. and it ends up kind of like this:

It breaks my heart every damn time. So all in all this is a 10/10 episode made even better by what you just pointed out.
