Part I – I was at Jared and Jensen’s meet and greets at Seacon and, since they weren’t asked about the dance during the panels, but did talk about it at the M&G, thought I’d share that part. Filming ended early for a Friday, so Jared and Jensen were hanging out in Jensen’s trailer with some of the crew (long time crew members Brad, Kelly and Robin were the ones mentioned, not sure if there were others). Somebody pulled up the backpack kid video and they were trying to figure out the moves.

Part II – Jared tried unsuccessfully, Brad tried, even more unsuccessfully, but Jensen was successful and then Jared picked it up. Jensen looked up at some point and saw that Kelly was filming them. It was Jared’s idea to post it, Jensen was initially a little reluctant, but gave in. They posted it when they were being driven home (Jared made sure to clarify that Jensen was going to be dropped off and then he’d be dropped off, matter of opinion how much that was true…).

Part III-Jensen did the video clip, Jared did most of the caption and Jensen added the hip comment. They were both amazed at the views. Two other little things: Jensen, Jared, his sister and Clif had dinner together Saturday, Jensen said that Danneel texted him Friday and asked for a picture of Icarus with Jared’s dogs that she could post for Puppy Day.

Jared auctioned off the sweatshirt he was wearing in their dancing video which led to onstage clothes-sharing and each of them helping the other go jacket off. Plus Jensen model-walking and then telling Jared to do the same. Of course, Jared immediately does it AND shows off his butt. 

The shirt made $8000 for charity btw.
